Shipping Information
For Orders Shipping to Canadian Addresses:
Float cable wine racking is typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground or Express Service (depending on option chosen at check out) from our Canadian warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
For Orders Shipping to US Addresses:
Float cable wine racking is typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Orders will be shipped by FedEx Ground service from our US warehouse. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders Shipping to the UK and Australia
Float cable wine racking is typically shipped within 1 - 3 business days.
Orders will be shipped by FedEx International Economy Service and typically take between 4 - 7 business days to arrive to you. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that all customs fees are pre-paid and there will be NO additional charges to you upon delivery.
Outside of Canada, the US, the UK or Australia? Your order will ship by Fedex courier. Please note that prices quoted and charged for shipping during checkout are for transportation of goods only. You will be responsible for paying any potential duties, taxes or other import-related charges directly to FedEx, prior to delivery.
Warranty Details
This product is warrantied by Blue Grouse Wine Cellars and the shape of the glass is a trademark of Ad-Pro Direct Services Inc, DBA Blue Grouse Wine Cellars.
All Float racking steel cables and metal clips come with a two year warranty against corrosion and deterioration. This warranty presumes proper installation with sufficient backing. Improper installation can result in the failure of cables, subsequent glass shelving/wine bottle breakage and damage to flooring and surrounding materials. Damages due to improper installation are not covered under this warranty.
Photos of the cables/clips and installation must be included along with detailed quantities and pieces affected. Return of the damaged product may be requested. Replacement of the damaged product will be processed by Blue Grouse Wine Cellars as soon as possible with standard ground shipping included.
There is no warranty offered for the glass bottle support shelving given that breakage can be caused during installation where too much force is applied when tightening clips.
Please note that we strongly recommend purchasing extra glass bottle support shelves, to avoid having to place a separate order for replacement shelves.
This warranty is limited to replacement parts and does not cover related property or contents damage.
