Your initial consultation is free of charge. When you're ready to move forward with a custom design, we'll prepare detailed drawings through our professional design service, secured by a refundable deposit that is credited toward your purchase.
Shipping Information
Element Collection wine racking is made to order and typically shipped within 5 – 7 weeks. Depending on the size of your order, it will be shipped either by courier or common LTL carrier, on a pallet. Delivery will be curbside. You will receive detailed shipping and tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Warranty Details
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all Element Collection wine racks. That's why we offer a lifetime warranty for the original owner.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Please note:
Accessories are not covered under this warranty.
Stains, finishes, and clear coat applications are considered cosmetic and are not included in the lifetime warranty, as wear and variation over time is normal.
If a defect is found, we will:
- Provide replacement parts needed for repair, or
- Replace the product with a comparable item.
Replacement parts or products will:
- Be new or serviceably used
- Match the function and performance of the original
- Be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period
- To submit a claim, please complete our warranty claim form.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Eligibility
- Products must be unassembled and in sellable condition.
- Returns must be authorized with a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Submit a return request to
info@bluegrousewinecellars.com to receive your RA# and return instructions. - Stained racks are not eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
A 25% restocking fee applies to all orders.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to resolve the issue promptly.
Important Exceptions
Blue Grouse Wine Cellars reserves the right to deny refunds under the following conditions:
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items that have been assembled, installed, damaged, or show obvious use
- Products returned without an RA# or in improper packaging
