Two-Year Limited Warranty (USA & Canada)

Wine‑R provides a two-year limited warranty for all cooling units purchased in the United States or Canada. This warranty gives consumers specific legal rights. Coverage begins on the date of purchase shown on the original receipt.

What’s Covered
  • First 30 days: If your unit is defective, it will be replaced with an identical or equivalent unit.
  • Up to 2 years: Factory-specified parts and labor are covered for repairs due to defects in materials or workmanship.
Conditions
  • The unit must be installed and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Proof of purchase is required; warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • The unit must have been operated continuously since installation at the correct voltage.
  • If an identical part is unavailable due to changes in law or standards, it will be replaced with a part of similar functionality.
  • Defect claims should be submitted in writing to WINE‑R within 15 days of purchase.
